Siskiyou County Behavioral Health Services is a public agency that recognizes the impact of emotional illness, maladaptive behavior and addiction upon both the individuals and the social fabric of our community. We are dedicated to providing an integrated array of services which encourage informed choices, support individual values and strengths, and provide opportunities for quality living. Usually there is an individual receiving calls but if not, a recording in English and Spanish will explain what to do in an emergency. A list of private therapists in our county is available from this number. Drug and alcohol counseling services are not covered by Medi-Cal; a sliding pay scale is available.
