The goal of the District Attorney’s Office is to successfully prosecute cases involving crimes committed in Siskiyou Country. We are committed to prosecuting cases in a just and timely manner while attempting to minimize the trauma victims are confronted with as a result of crime. We have established "Vertical Prosecution" teams (Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, Violence Against Women, and Statutory Rape) who receive specialized training to insure a more professional, successful and victim supported prosecution.
