Program/Service Notes:

The Tulelake/Newell Family Center, a division of Training Employment And Community Health, is an interagency project designed to coordinate and improve service provided to area families. The Family Center provides parent with support, training, information and referrals to other agencies. Services are available to all area families. The Family Center helps children, families and our community to be healthy and successful through the following programs: Even Start; Migrant Education Even Start; Modoc/Siskiyou County Cal-WORKS; Prop 10 Community Playgroups; Family Law Self-Help Clinics; Siskiyou County Victim Witness; Modoc Crisis Center. On a regular basis the Family Center collaborates with the following local groups and organizations; Tulelake Adult Education Program; Parenting with Purpose Program; Tulelake School District; Tulelake/Newell Assistance Center/ Early Head Start Program.
