This 8 week session stop-smoking clinic is based on the American Lung Association's program. Each smoker who joins this program will develop an individual plan for quitting. Ex-smokers will identify pitfalls of relapse and carefully plan to prevent it from happening again. The clinic includes the latest improved skills for good stress management, weight control, assertive communication and exercise, and special skills for success. A $50.course fee; payment arrangements available upon request. Space is limited. Call 926-9358 to register. This program is co-sponsored by Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta.
Hours:	Orientation 1-9 ; Clinic dates: 1-6; 1-23; 1-30; 2-1; 2-6; 2-13; 2-27 graduation. 5:30 to 7:30 in Hospital Dining Room.
