Program/Service Notes:

LPC assesses the county's need for child care and early education services, develops a strategic plan for addressing those needs; and established local priorities. In addition, LPC publishes and distributes the following free publications: the "iskiyou Child Care"; "Early Education and Family Resource Guide"; "Siskiyou Early Childhood Professional Newsletter." The council helps coordinate an incentive program for child care/early education providers who complete additional training.
