Our mission is to reduce waste, promote the management of all materials to their highest and best use, and protect public health and safety and the environment, in partnership with all Californians. The following are certified used oil collection centers: Schuck's Auto Supply - Yreka 842-6080; Oil Changer - Yreka 842-2460; Black Butte Landfill - Mt. Shasta; Kragen/Schuck's Auto - Mt. Shasta 926-1090; Freeman's Fast Lube - Mt. Shasta 926-4632; Shasta Lube & Oil 926-0800; Larry Hick's Towing - Etna 467-5110; Valley Tire - 458-2432 Ft. Jones; Warren's Repair - Ft. Jones 468-5500. Or call Siskiyou County Public Works Department 842-8272. Shasta Lube and Oil - Mt. Shasta; McCloud Transfer/Recycle Center; Happy Camp Transfer/Recycle Center; Tulelake Transfer/Recycle Center; Valley Tire - Fort Jones; Larry Hicks Towing - Etna; Mt. View Towing - Hornbrook; Warren's Repair Service - Fort Jones. Oil must not be contaminated with water, gasoline, solvents, etc. 16 cents per gallon paid.
