Free Drop-Off Locations for California Growers and Ranchers: These used oil collection centers allow growers and ranchers to drop off up to 55 gallons of used oil at the following locations. Please call ahead of time to receive instructions and a variance packet. Siskiyou County Collection Centers: http://www.ciwmb.ca.gov/UsedOil/CCReslts.asp Oil must not be contaminated with water, gasoline, solvents, etc. Our mission is to reduce waste, promote the management of all materials to their highest and best use, and protect public health and safety and the environment, in partnership with all Californians.
