Siskiyou Family Healthcare is a nonprofit rural health clinic. Services: General Healthcare (Primary Care); Family Planning; Pediatrics; Adult and Adolescent Care;Geriatric Care; FAA Physicals; Diabetes Counseling; Well Child Exams; Immunizations; Sports Physicals; DMV Physicals; Pre-employment Physicals;Hepatitis C Clinic; Urgent Care; Sudden onset conditions; Short Term Behavioral Health Counseling; Behavioral Health Referrals; Telemedicine; Video-conferencing Insurance: Most insurance accepted. Medi-Cal and MediCare accepted. The clinic is staffed by Carla Riger FNP and George Bliss PA-C Monday through Friday. Patients who use the Walk-In services and have a family physician or provider will have a copy of the visit sent to their provider.
