Program/Service Notes:

The senior Bus provides transportation for seniors Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. busses are equipped with wheelchair lifts and provide door-to-door service and assistance with packages as needed. Transportation will also be provided from Weed and Montague each morning with afternoon return trips. The Yreka Community Center will be available during the day so riders can coordinate appointments and shopping with lunch.
Hours:	8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mon - Fri.
Eligibility:	60 years of age and older
Fees:	Suggested Contribution: Congregate Nutrition $3.00; Home delivered meal $3.00; One-way transportation: $1.00.
Intake Process:	Home delivered meals - doctor's certification.
Service Area:	Yreka and surrounding (2 miles) bus service - Yreka, Weed & Montague.
