Lake Siskiyou Trail Project is administered by the Siskiyou County Public Works Department, project design and management is provided by Tom Hesseldenz and Associates. Partners include the Mount Shasta Trail Association and Mountain Runners. To date this project has completed three and a half miles of wide bibycle/pedestrian/handicapped trail, one and half miles of narrow pedestrian loops closer to the lake, vault toilet at North Shore Meadow parking area, five acres of shoreline restoration at North Shore Meadow and 36 acres of shoreline restoration on the north shore.
